Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience reviewing and processing legal documents, coupled with knowledge of current Secretary/Department of State corporate statutes and filing requirements. Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM applications is necessary, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to identify urgent fulfillment needs while managing high-volume customer requests and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment are essential. Bonus qualifications include tech support experience, macOS knowledge, and proficiency with Google File Stream, Docs, Sheets, and Adobe DC.

Responsibilities

The Business Services Specialist will be responsible for processing Registered Agent Mail and Service of Process (SOP) documents, ensuring prompt preparation and delivery of SOP documents and Registered Agent mail, including rejection letters. This role involves reviewing correspondence, communicating with internal and external vendors, and researching filing components on various government databases. The specialist will prioritize and manage a high-volume, time-sensitive workflow, notify clients and serving parties of SOP service, and partner with cross-functional teams for accurate SOP processing. Additionally, the role includes assisting customers with product, service, billing, and general concerns, and making daily client phone calls.
