Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their overall goals and advise on solutions involving the Ironclad platform and their enterprise systems
  • Advise Ironclad, customer, and partner implementation teams on high-value architecture practices
  • Develop and nurture long-term advisory relationships with larger customers and partners
  • Develop on-the-ground intelligence for the Ironclad product team on business and technical drivers
  • Share expertise through various Ironclad content channels
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to architect solutions based on business goals
  • Work cross-functionally to drive business value and accelerate innovation in the contract lifecycle management domain
  • Participate in product development and implementation teams to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and partners on the use of the Ironclad platform
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in contract lifecycle management
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the Ironclad platform and its features
  • Participate in customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers
  • Participate in product roadmap development and influence the direction of the Ironclad product team
