Senior Global Immigration and Mobility Specialist

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in immigration and global mobility roles, with at least 3 years at scaling startups, demonstrating deep knowledge of international immigration regulations and global mobility best practices. They must have experience working with remote-first or multinational companies, specifically in the US, Brazil, India, and the UK, and exhibit strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, along with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
The Mobility & Immigration Partner will develop and execute immigration strategies for multiple countries, manage end-to-end immigration processes including visa applications, liaise with legal counsel and government agencies, design and manage internal mobility programs, provide support to team members on mobility matters, manage work authorization documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global expansion plans and talent relocation strategies.
