Summary

The Regional Manager will oversee mobility operations within the NAM region, requiring a minimum of 10-12 years of immigration experience, including establishing immigration processes in at least two countries.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions, including accurate forecasting and alignment.
  • Providing detailed and accurate reporting to the Associate Director on regional performance, workforce management, and capacity planning.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of regional goals and OKRs.
  • Overseeing the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including job offer negotiation.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to Team Leaders.
  • Addressing and resolving complex escalated employee and client complaints to ensure positive outcomes and consistent solutions.
  • Assisting with compliance and risk management activities related to day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in global immigration or mobility operations, preferably in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
  • In-depth knowledge of immigration regulations and processes across key regions.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement regional immigration strategies aligned with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with corporate immigration policies, global mobility frameworks, and vendor management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience advising senior leadership and collaborating with legal, HR, and compliance teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
