Who We're Looking For

We are scaling rapidly and require two exceptional individuals to support our growing teams as we onboard numerous new hires – one based in the US and one in Europe.

You will be instrumental in guiding new hires from acceptance to becoming successful long-term team members. This includes managing contracts, payroll, probation periods with team leads, and continuously improving our onboarding process based on feedback.

The People & Ops team's mission is to eliminate distractions for the rest of the business. You will play a crucial role in achieving this by ensuring processes are effortless, not bureaucratic, leveraging smart automation to scale efficiently.

You are someone who genuinely thrives on enabling others' success and finds satisfaction in the behind-the-scenes work that allows brilliant people to focus on their core strengths. As a regional expert, you will ensure smooth operations, enabling our teams to perform at their best during rapid transatlantic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new team members, ensuring their initial weeks are memorable for the right reasons.
  • Administering contracts, compensation, and benefits.
  • Continuously automating internal processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, including staying updated on legislation and state tax registrations (US).
  • Managing equipment to prevent loss.

What You Won't Be Doing
