The ideal candidate should possess 10+ years of experience in the technology sector, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or General Manager role, and a proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L. They should have a strong understanding of AI/SaaS technologies and their commercial applications, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is also required.
As the Middle East Revenue Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue growth strategy for the Middle East market, conducting in-depth market research, devising lead generation strategies, managing the sales pipeline, building strong client relationships, ensuring effective brand positioning, recruiting and managing a high-performing sales team, implementing performance metrics, and identifying process improvements to enhance sales efficiency. You will also own the Middle East strategy & execution, build a world-class culture, and ensure the ElevenLabs business aligns with overall business strategy and goals.
