Responsibilities

The Mid-Market Business Development Representative will qualify and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across various industries into pipeline for the sales team, proactively sourcing opportunities through targeted outbound efforts. They will also complete onboarding, master the pitch and qualification methodology, learn cold call and email frameworks, qualify inbound demo requests, and contribute as a subject matter expert on the 360Learning platform, while also generating creative lead generation ideas and achieving monthly quotas of demos, meetings, and qualified opportunities.
