As a Mid-Market Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to bring new clients onto the Eventbrite platform. This role is crucial for the company's growth, involving lead generation, opportunity qualification, and securing new business. You will be instrumental in communicating our unique value proposition, evangelizing our solution, and educating the market on how Eventbrite is transforming the ticketing industry. A strong "hunter" mentality is essential for this role.
The Mid-Market Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business by effectively researching, prioritizing, penetrating, and closing deals. Success in this role requires demonstrating significant business value to prospective clients. This involves being a skilled business development professional capable of engaging in both business and technical discussions at various organizational levels. An in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted sales through a consultative approach are key.
