The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on, goal-oriented, and strategic thought partner. This role is a major change agent with significant impact and autonomy, responsible for building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships, and partnering with internal teams to win new business.
Responsibilities
- Drive and lead the sales process from qualification to closing, ensuring a smooth handover to the customer service team.
- Expand revenue by acquiring new logo customers to meet quota attainment.
- Act as the liaison between sales and proposal teams, managing the RFP process.
- Lead discovery calls and presentations, creating customized materials.
- Serve as the expert representative for specific business products, including ROI reporting, Utilization Reporting, and geo-access/network reporting.
- Attend conferences to represent Spring Health.
- Leverage sales tools, including market-facing presentations and internal enablement guides.
- Execute against annual quotas by collaborating with internal and external partners such as BDRs, Strategic Alliances, Benefits Consultants, Brokers, and Resellers.

- Attainment of annual revenue targets.
- Successful completion of assigned trainings.
- Effective collaboration with team members, leaders, and cross-functional peers.
- Consistent addition of new pipeline from all sources: self-sourced, marketing, consultants, partners, and business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment (AE3-4).
- Prior BDR experience or relevant prospecting experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.).
- Strong working knowledge of the benefits and/or mental health and wellness space is preferred.
- Proactive approach to customer engagements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the year for conferences and customer meetings.
- Client-facing experience with mid-to-large size clients.
- Proven track record as a top performer, with a collaborative and cross-functional approach.
