Candidates should possess at least 4 years of new business closing experience in an outbound sales environment, particularly within martech, CDP, sales-tech, or related data/AI industries. Experience selling complex, six-figure (multi-year) deals to senior and C-level executives with large buying committees is required, along with experience selling into marketing and sales departments. Prior experience in the advertising technology space is preferred.
As a New Business Account Executive, you will drive new business acquisition in the Mid-Market segment ($100M–$499M) by delivering subscription revenue aligned to quarterly and annual targets, applying a consultative and value-based sales approach to uncover customer success and ROI opportunities. You will build and manage a robust pipeline of new and expanding businesses to support quarterly and annual goals, develop accurate forecasts, meticulously manage sales activity in CRM (Salesforce.com experience is a plus), learn the marketing technology domain, understand customer marketing and advertising strategies, and interact closely with Demandbase partner sales representatives.
