Salary

The estimated annual salary and variable compensation for this role is between $160,000 - $200,000, plus a competitive equity package.

Location Type

Remote-first, with optional office presence in New York City and San Francisco Bay Area. WFH monthly stipend provided for co-working spaces.

The Team

Our engineering team builds systems that interact with some of the most complex software ever deployed in production. Comprised of industry veterans with experience in deep learning infrastructure, autonomous drones, ridesharing marketplaces, and ad tech, the team is dedicated to innovation.

We are seeking a fast-paced, client-obsessed Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to identify, win, and grow new customers. You will actively engage with the AI/ML community, identifying prospects who will benefit most from our solution. Success will be achieved through effective outreach, engaging with AI/ML leaders, identifying opportunities to provide value, and building solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will participate in exciting and complex sales cycles, leveraging your business acumen to navigate intricate dynamics.

What You’ll Do

  • Network, Sell, and Close:
    • Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and actively participate in the community.
    • Conduct discovery with prospects and communicate the Arize vision.
    • Execute a sophisticated prospecting strategy to generate awareness and identify deals.
    • Develop sales plays, create talk tracks, and strategically identify new business opportunities.
    • Conduct in-depth research on accounts, stakeholders, and competitors.
  • Manage Proof of Concepts, Drive Adoption, and Grow Accounts:
    • Manage and navigate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Understand use cases, scope licensing, and identify opportunities for expanded workloads.
    • Utilize BANT or MEDDIC methodology (preferred).

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
    • Hungry, aggressive, and motivated.
    • Full-cycle sales experience with the ability to navigate complex enterprise deals.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Familiarity or willingness to learn sales technologies for prospect identification and attraction.
    • Self-starter, comfortable working in environments with limited established processes.
    • Fast-paced and focused on helping prospects and customers.
    • Team player: Collaboration with peers and other Arize organizations is critical; the success of the collective team is valued over individual gains.
    • Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly and objectively communicate observations from the field.
