Requirements

  • Experience in identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft architecture and design.
  • Experience with capacity planning, logical and physical architecture design, hardware requirements definition, and availability/continuity discussions.
  • Experience with technology assessments and health checks.
  • Experience with AD migration, AD consolidation, and Azure/M365 setup.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and multi-task environment.
  • Strong technical documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Cloud market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clients.
  • Lead Microsoft architecture and design new solutions.
  • Lead capacity planning, logical and physical architecture design, hardware requirements definition, availability and continuity discussions.
  • Lead technology assessments and health checks.
  • Assist in communicating Microsoft program strategy and success to executive management.
  • Installation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of Microsoft solutions.
  • Develop and perform testing for Microsoft solutions.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessary.
  • Maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLCT.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft solutions including product support.
  • Remain current on Microsoft and Cloud market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Focus on AD migration, AD consolidation, and Azure/M365 setup.
  • Any experience with Quest On Demand Migration Tool is a plus.
  • General Business Responsibilities: Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
