Responsibilities

The Senior Microsoft Engineer will engage in requirements gathering and analysis, leading the architecture and design of new Microsoft solutions, performing capacity planning, and defining hardware and availability requirements. They will also oversee installation, integration, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft solutions, develop and perform testing, provide knowledge transfer and support, and maintain multiple environments following coding best practices. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft solutions, staying current on market trends, and focusing on AD migration, consolidation, and Azure/M365 setup, with experience with Quest On Demand Migration Tool being a plus.
