Requirements

Candidates must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship, with 7+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and cloud security. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with extensive knowledge of hyperscale cloud security, DevSecOps tools, and software development concepts. Experience with Kubernetes, networking, vulnerability risk analysis, and AWS, Azure, or GCP security architecture services is required. The ability to learn Golang and similar languages, and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Pulumi or Terraform are necessary. Candidates must be located in the DMV, Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, Denver/Colorado Springs, or Dallas/Fort Worth areas and be able to attain an IAT 2 Certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

The Senior Cloud Security Engineer will design, build, and integrate security tools for vulnerability detection, mitigation, monitoring, and response, focusing on automation and customer experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Principal Security Engineer and DevSecOps team, designing and managing Infrastructure as Code with Pulumi, and building microservices. The role involves maintaining and adapting SIEM and security tooling, documenting created applications and processes, and contributing to a culture of innovation. This position is key to the security of the Game Warden platform and its underlying applications.
