Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop SMS/WA strategies for fast-growing clients
  • Determine the segmentation strategy, sequencing, and dynamic content for all SMS/WA clients
  • Work closely and consistently with the team to collaborate on the best strategies for clients
  • Deliver monthly reports with analysis of campaign/flow performance along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
  • Monitor campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of SMS messages
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws (e.g., TCPA)
  • Oversee all aspects of SMS marketing for clients
  • Develop standard operating procedures for SMS/WA services
