Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience providing technical support in the financial services industry, demonstrating an analytical and data-oriented approach to problem-solving, a strong work ethic, and a desire to deliver quality results and take accountability. They should also have strong communication skills in verbal and written English, a patient and empathetic attitude, and a positive outlook, coupled with a tech-savvy mindset and the flexibility to adapt to a startup environment.

Responsibilities

As a Member Experience Specialist, the individual will be the face of Facet to the customer, providing timely, professional, and friendly customer app support, honing their technical investment knowledge, and assisting members with investment transfers and money movements. They will ensure every member interaction is of the highest quality, provide timely follow-ups, diagnose and solve customer questions and app troubleshooting, and provide excellent member management including communication, documentation, and responsive follow-through in required systems. Additionally, they will collaborate with the team to analyze member experience, identify root causes of issues, develop solutions, catalog and escalate common issues, and manage their calendar effectively to schedule meetings and follow up with members to address concerns and improve the overall member experience.
