Responsibilities

The Member Engagement Copywriter will be responsible for end-to-end copywriting for member audiences, covering enrollment materials, direct mail, webinars, landing pages, and lifecycle communications (email, SMS, push notifications). They will craft clear, persuasive, and on-brand copy to drive engagement and behavior change, and update copy for evolving product features, ensuring clarity for diverse member needs. This role involves collaborating with lifecycle marketing managers on personalized emails, contributing to content strategy, reviewing and editing copy for consistency, providing and receiving feedback, and optimizing messaging through testing.
