This role involves providing exceptional customer support to Public members via email and chat. As a licensed finance professional, you'll serve as a subject matter expert, offering accurate information about Public's features, products, and services. You’ll collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and advocate for member feedback to improve the overall member experience.
