Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
- Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, assist with purchases, payments, and transactions using cash registers
- Ensure club pickup orders are filled: notify members of delays, inform about unavailable products, offer alternatives, select/package per policies, dispense items, resolve issues, promote products/services
- Maintain safety: conduct safety sweeps, handle merchandise per procedures, correct/report unsafe situations
- Maintain clean, neat, member-ready areas including parking lot, organize merchandise, zone areas
- Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds, assist members with transporting/loading items using cart retrieval equipment
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity; use Open Door Policy
- Complete work assignments using policies/data/resources, collaborate with others, identify priorities/deadlines, communicate progress, adapt to change/feedback
