Candidates should possess an active Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date, along with experience using technology, including laptops and mobile phone applications, and a strong understanding of CRM tools or other sales/marketing resources. They must also have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook, and a clear and valid state driver’s license with proof of personal vehicle liability insurance, and a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps.
The Medicare Sales Field Agent will build community relationships, drive self-generated sales, and meet sales goals and metrics while working independently, interacting with Humana’s customers, external business partners, and the community through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions, encompassing grass roots marketing and field sales community events, as well as visiting prospects in their homes. They will sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on Humana’s services, and also offer additional products including Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and more.
