About the Role

The Index Universal Life (IUL) Sales Specialist role focuses on guiding customers through the IUL insurance buying process, educating them on the product, and providing a world-class customer experience. The role involves outreach, application assistance, and guiding customers through the final purchase journey. Success requires a strong desire to win, a positive attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Engage potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS.
  • Educate customers on Ethos’ products and processes.
  • Uncover and understand an individual’s needs through in-depth discovery and position Ethos’ value according to those specific needs.
  • Build relationships and instill trust with customers to drive monthly and quarterly conversion targets.
  • Partner with colleagues in sales, marketing, customer experience, and product to execute team goals.
