QuoteWell is seeking an established Healthcare Casualty broker to join our team as either a Senior Vice President or Vice President and continue to build our practice. We’re looking for a dynamic broker who recognizes the industry's challenges and want to help build innovative solutions. QuoteWell offers a flat structure with limitless opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and new carrier appointments to grow QuoteWell's footprint.
  • Support the continued evolution of wholesale operations at QuoteWell.
  • Develop, maintain, and cultivate client and agent relationships.
  • Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business.
  • Negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets.
  • Partner with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to build solutions to streamline efforts across the full policy lifecycle in the surplus lines space.

Requirements

  • Sufficient experience that allowed you to build a sizable book of business.
  • Necessary licenses for your appropriate lines of business.
  • Strong sales / producer abilities.
  • Ability to handle high-volume deals, generating quotes and servicing policies quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills: both in-person and written.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • A natural desire to see things through and a history of being scrappy when it counts.
  • Willingness and ability to travel depending on the needs of clients, Agents, and new business.
