Requirements

Candidates must possess an active Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date, along with experience utilizing technology, including laptops and mobile phone applications, and understanding of CRM tools. Applicants should have proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook, a valid state driver’s license with proof of personal vehicle liability insurance, and a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps. Furthermore, candidates must be bilingual, speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish fluently without limitations or assistance, and be able to work from a dedicated space protecting member PHI / HIPAA information.

Responsibilities

As a Medicare Sales Field Agent, the role involves building community relationships, driving self-generated sales, meeting sales goals and metrics, working independently, interacting with customers, business partners, and the community through various channels, conducting grassroots marketing, attending community events, visiting prospects in their homes, and educating beneficiaries on Humana’s services and products including Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, and Prescription plans.
