Strong negotiation skills, the ability to manage lengthy sales cycles, and an understanding of financial terms and measuring financial success are also required. Familiarity with the Challenger sales methodology is beneficial.
The Healthcare Account Executive will focus on selling SailPoint’s IGA Solution Suite to $2-$5B organizations, utilizing both direct sales and channel partners to achieve quota. This role involves understanding prospective client’s business needs, developing compelling business value propositions, negotiating high-value contracts, managing lengthy sales cycles including POCs, BVA’s, and RFPs, and developing trusted relationships with senior-level decision makers and key buyers.
