Position Overview

This role is responsible for daily customer visits, VIP visits, product introduction meetings, performance development, territory management, financial management, product management, and product knowledge enhancement within a designated sales territory. The goal is to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.


Responsibilities

Daily Engagement

  • Ensure 4.5 days of normal visit time per week.
  • Achieve a minimum of 12 face-to-face effective visits per day.
  • Maintain correct coverage and visit frequency for A and B level customers.

VIP Engagement

  • Conduct at least one visit per month to key hospital stakeholders (e.g., Hospital President, Director of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Committee Members, Key Discipline Leaders) within the assigned territory to gain maximum support.

Product Promotion

  • Conduct at least one product introduction meeting per week to increase physician awareness and understanding of products.

Performance & Territory Management

  • Plan and strategize for the assigned territory at the beginning of each month based on company targets.
  • Track progress weekly to achieve personal objectives.
  • Strategically plan and manage hospitals within the designated territory.
  • Regularly update customer and department information within the territory.
  • Expand territory business through meticulous cultivation.

Financial & Product Management

  • Submit expense pre-applications for market activities based on the approved budget from the Regional Manager, considering market conditions.
  • Submit expense reports to the District Manager (DM) within 3 weeks of incurring expenses.
  • Develop product development plans and key product development plans at the beginning of each month, in accordance with strategies from the company's marketing department product managers, focusing particularly on new product development within the specific territory.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Participate in weekly team meetings for product knowledge sharing.
  • Undergo regular product knowledge assessments, which will be used for performance evaluation.
  • Effectively apply learned business skills in the field to improve the efficiency of effective visits.

Work Schedule & Communication

  • Ensure 8 hours of effective visiting work in the territory daily.
  • Be available and reachable by the company and customers between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, maintaining phone accessibility during these hours. (The company provides transportation/communication allowances.)

Reporting & Compliance

  • Manage reports accurately.
  • Adhere to all laws, regulations, business conduct standards, and company policies.
