Responsibilities

The Medical Representative will conduct daily visits to clients, ensuring a minimum of 12 face-to-face interactions per day and a consistent 4.5 days of visits per week, while maintaining coverage of A and B-level clients. They will organize and lead product introduction meetings weekly, conduct monthly visits to key hospital administrators and pharmacy directors, and develop monthly product development plans based on market strategies. Furthermore, they will track progress towards goals, plan regional customer information updates, manage expenses within budget guidelines, and maintain product knowledge through weekly training and assessments, all while adhering to legal and company policies.
