Requirements

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of one year of experience in pharmaceutical product promotion, and should hold an RDPAC certificate. They must also have basic English language proficiency, including the ability to speak, listen, read, and write, and be proficient in using office software and web browsers.

Responsibilities

The Medical Representative will conduct daily visits to clients, ensuring at least 4.5 days of regular visits per week, and maintaining contact with clients between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. They will also conduct VIP visits to important hospital administrators, pharmacists, and committee members at least once per month, organize and lead product introduction meetings weekly, plan and develop product development plans monthly, and regularly update customer information within their assigned territory. Furthermore, they will monitor and track progress towards their goals monthly, manage expenses according to budget guidelines, and participate in weekly product knowledge sessions and exams, all while effectively utilizing learned business skills to improve visit efficiency.
