Position Overview

This role is responsible for executing sales strategies within a designated territory, focusing on building relationships with key healthcare professionals and driving product adoption. The position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, territory management, and performance tracking.


Responsibilities

Daily Activities

  • Customer Visits:
    • Ensure a minimum of 4.5 days of customer visits per week.
    • Achieve at least 12 face-to-face effective customer visits per day.
    • Maintain correct coverage and visit frequency for A and B level customers.
  • Product Introduction:
    • Conduct at least one product introduction meeting per week to enhance physician understanding of products.

VIP Engagement

  • Monthly, visit key hospital stakeholders (e.g., Hospital Directors, Pharmacy Department Heads, Pharmacy Committee Members, Key Opinion Leaders) within the assigned territory to secure maximum support.

Performance and Territory Management

  • Performance Development:
    • Plan for the assigned territory at the beginning of each month based on company targets.
    • Track progress weekly to achieve personal objectives.
  • Territory Management:
    • Strategically plan and regularly update customer department information for hospitals within the assigned territory.
    • Focus on in-depth cultivation and expansion of business within the territory.

Financial and Product Management

  • Financial Management:
    • Submit expense pre-applications for market activities based on the budget provided by the Regional Manager, following market conditions.
    • Submit expenses to the District Manager (DM) within 3 weeks of occurrence, after approval.
  • Product Management:
    • Develop monthly product development plans and key product development plans, especially for new products, based on strategies from the company's marketing department and specific territory conditions.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Product Knowledge:
    • Participate in weekly team meetings for product knowledge sharing.
    • Undergo regular product knowledge tests, which will be used for performance evaluation.
  • Business Skills:
    • Effectively apply learned business skills in the field to improve the efficiency of customer visits.

Work Hours and Communication

  • Daily Work Hours:
    • Ensure 8 hours of effective customer visit work within the territory daily.
    • Maintain availability (phone on) between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM to be reachable by the company and customers. (The company provides a communication allowance.)
