As a Media Science Lead, you will lead, mentor, and coach a team of Digital Media Specialists, overseeing campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance optimization. You will provide strategic guidance to ensure campaigns meet their goals, drive process improvement, foster cross-functional collaboration with various teams, and translate complex data into actionable insights for clients and business decisions. Additionally, you will partner with Sales to understand client goals, define KPIs, and proactively manage expectations, while also identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and build scalable tools.
