As a Media Science Lead, you will lead, mentor, and coach a pod of 1-2 Digital Media Specialists, empowering them to successfully execute digital media campaigns and exceed client KPIs and internal KPIs across various platforms. This role operates at the intersection of data, product, and sales, providing strategic oversight and support for product & campaign optimization & performance. You'll drive process improvement and foster robust cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Creative, Content Operations, Analytics, and Product teams. Ultimately, your subject matter expertise will generate actionable insights, fueling future growth and operational excellence.
