Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in media buying or paid advertising, ideally across multiple platforms, and a working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, along with familiarity with tools like Google Ads or TikTok Ads Manager. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required, as well as comfort juggling multiple tasks and adapting to new tools or workflows, and good communication and organizational skills.
The Media Buyer will launch and optimize ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and Snapchat, monitor performance and deliver regular campaign reports with clear insights and next steps, support the development of new campaign strategies and identify emerging advertising channels, assist with influencer and news station outreach, blog writing, and basic social media activity, and provide general marketing support to the CMO, including pulling together performance summaries.
