Requirements

Candidates must possess any graduation degree and have 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Reporting & Governance, specifically in Reporting Analytics. Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel formulas, VBA, and MS Access skills, is required. Experience with PowerBI and automation projects is also necessary, along with strong communication, organization, facilitation, and collaboration skills. Adaptability to change and experience working in a matrixed organization are essential. A polished, professional presence and the ability to achieve customer satisfaction within a managed service framework are also key requirements.

Responsibilities

The Measurement & Report Analyst will be responsible for creating and publishing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time, as well as delivering ad hoc reports. This role involves identifying trends in data to spot anomalies and provide insights to stakeholders. A key responsibility is to automate reports to reduce manual efforts, contributing to the deployment and delivery of robust tracking mechanisms for SLAs/KPIs and other operations.
