The Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager will be responsible for driving quarterly and annual marketing planning efforts, including pipeline targets, campaign forecasting, and strategic growth modeling utilizing ABM, PLG, and self-serve strategies. They will deliver actionable insights through data analysis to support marketing tactics, channel optimization, and ROI-based decision-making, while also evaluating campaign and program effectiveness through funnel performance and buyer journey analytics. Furthermore, this role involves building and enhancing Tableau dashboards in collaboration with the data team to enable real-time performance tracking, supporting budgeting and headcount planning alongside Finance and RevOps, and influencing cross-functional decisions to align marketing resources with strategic goals.
