Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth and collaborating effectively with sales teams are also required.
The Director, Segment Marketing, North America will be responsible for building and executing localized marketing programs to create and accelerate pipeline for the region, leading a team of segment marketers and tailoring global marketing initiatives for local markets. They will define and scale ABM efforts, drive local activation of digital campaigns, ensure marketing programs resonate with buyers, and collaborate with Sales Leaders to align marketing efforts with pipeline generation goals. Additionally, the role involves owning execution of regional field events, collaborating on regional campaigns, and providing leadership on reporting and dashboards for the region and the team.
