Responsibilities

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams of community managers and other marketing subject matter experts to drive the adoption of Arbitrum tech stack and Stylus as well as engagement on key initiatives
Conduct analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities
Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, paid advertising, etc.)
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI
Streamline marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilization
Oversee the implementation of marketing technologies and tools
Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform the entire organization and help stay ahead of the curve
Ensure timeline reporting of campaign results and learnings to the leadership and cross-functional teams
Work closely with product, dev rel and business development teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts
Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives
Track the performance of various community engagement programs such as the Ambassador Program
