Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience (minimum 2 years) designing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies in close collaboration with Sales and CS teams to target and engage high-value accounts
  • Strong track record in planning and managing the full lifecycle of marketing events (both virtual and in-person), from concept and logistics to execution and post-event analysis (e.g., workshops, webinars, roundtables, client experiences)
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on demand generation or field marketing
  • Proficiency in paid media campaigns (especially LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads) used to promote events and execute targeted ABM tactics on specific audiences
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms for email marketing, creation of lists, forms, execution, and measurement (HubSpot is a strong plus)
  • Analytical skills to measure the ROI of events and the impact of ABM campaigns on the sales and customer pipeline
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing (Spanish Markets) and the Country Manager of Mexico to define the strategy and positioning for Rocket Lab to generate new leads through organic and paid channels
  • Develop and execute Rocket Lab's event strategy, planning strategic experiences (both online and in-person) for prospects and clients to build relationships and trigger new sales and cross-selling opportunities
  • Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies in collaboration with the Sales and customer success team, creating high-impact touchpoints to accelerate new business deals with key accounts
  • Manage participation in key industry events to position our value proposition and boost lead generation
  • Manage the HubSpot platform: create and optimize landing pages, forms, contact lists, and email marketing campaigns for events, newsletters, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to create relevant content and adapt design templates for marketing materials (landing pages, emails, social media)
  • Coordinate logistics (e.g., photography, guest gifts, brand presence)
  • Measure and analyze the impact of marketing actions on the sales and customers lifecycle, preparing reports and presenting results
