Responsibilities

The Marketing Retention Manager will assist in managing the daily operations of lifecycle marketing programs across multiple channels, support the development and refinement of automated journeys and campaigns to drive engagement and repeat purchases, collaborate on content planning, briefing, and deployment for lifecycle campaigns, execute segmentation strategies and personalization efforts based on user behavior, conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure high accuracy and effectiveness, and analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and implement A/B testing strategies for continuous optimization.
