Requirements

  • Project management/business administration/marketing or related undergraduate degree; MBA or master's preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, business analysis, or project management in gaming/internet/tech industry. PMP, Agile certification, or other project management certifications preferred
  • Proactive problem-solver with ability and experience in driving business breakthroughs, systemic optimizations, and promoting best practices; skilled in handling complex collaborations
  • Experience managing multi-project pipelines; ability to drive collaboration, align goals, and solve problems in complex environments
  • Familiarity with process and budget management, resource allocation, and ROI analysis; solid financial analysis skills and business acumen
  • Experience collaborating with global and regional marketing and publishing teams; familiarity with game publishing ecosystem, regional publishing models, and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Deep understanding of latest global gaming industry trends, different business models, platforms, regional developments, etc.; passion for games

Responsibilities

  • Publishing pipeline project management: Support team leads in managing project priorities and overall goals; develop and implement multi-project management strategies and continuously optimize resource allocation; align goals with business teams, continuously identify risks and optimization opportunities, track progress, and ensure delivery
  • Key project support: Assist marketing leads in developing global GTM strategies, resolve high-priority issues, break down goals and drive full-chain execution, and capture best practices
  • Key collaboration coordination: Drive cross-departmental collaboration for key publishing products, closely coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including R&D studios, regional publishing teams, data & tech teams, and operations teams
  • System and process operations: Optimize existing marketing support processes, build operations processes and systems aligned with project needs and strategic planning, and establish clear resource investment standards and guidelines
  • Resource management and review: Ensure effective budget management and performance monitoring, collaborate with marketing leads to develop investment strategies; establish budget tracking systems including visual dashboards and reports, support resource ROI analysis and management decision-making
  • Partner management: Establish efficient communication mechanisms with senior leadership and headquarters teams (covering strategy, process, finance, legal, business, and research departments); manage leadership progress reporting and internal communication channels, serve as key functional liaison
  • Marketing capability accumulation: Integrate marketing experience and best practices from global and regional markets, drive scaled application of methodologies within the publishing organization, and continuously iterate Tencent's overseas publishing methodologies
