Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in partner management, account management, business development, sales, or related roles is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to draft and interpret contracts, and solid problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills are essential. Experience with basic design, data, and project management tools like Canva or Google Sheets is necessary. A valid Driver's license is required, and experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment is a plus. Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory, with Cantonese proficiency being preferred. Familiarity with the Asian restaurant industry or foodservice events is also preferred.
The Marketing Partner Specialist will manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners, acting as the primary point of contact and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and retention. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and administering partnership agreements, and advising the Marketing Manager on partnership strategy, program design, and execution with independent judgment. Responsibilities include analyzing partner performance data to provide actionable insights, recommending and implementing evaluation criteria, improvement processes, and incentive programs. The specialist will also identify trends and opportunities to enhance partner performance, collaborate with the Sr Project Manager to represent the company at events, and support the identification and recruitment of new partners. Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on partner relationships, agreements, and performance outcomes, along with providing ad-hoc analytical and administrative support, are key duties.
