Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing technology stacks such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics are essential. Familiarity with marketing attribution models and data visualization tools is also required.
The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the company’s marketing technology stack, including integrations with various systems. They will also optimize the marketing lead assignment process, create and manage marketing reports and dashboards, and collaborate with the marketing team on strategy and campaign testing. Furthermore, the role involves evaluating and implementing new marketing technologies, conducting campaign ROI analysis, and ensuring seamless alignment between sales and marketing teams.
