Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of Marketing Operations (MOPs) experience in B2B SaaS, ideally for post Series B companies. Technical expertise in Marketo and Salesforce is required, and prior experience with other marketing & sales tools like Bizible, ZoomInfo, Asana, and LeanData is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist will manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including planning, scheduling, testing, and coordination of resources. They will take full ownership of inbound lead models & flows, regularly updating and optimizing for highest impact, proactively share campaign performance insights & recommendations with stakeholders, and support wider team reporting needs. The role involves partnering with Senior MOPs Manager to maintain the MarTech stack, including full ownership of Marketo, surfacing new tech recommendations, particularly around AI, ensuring marketing practices comply with relevant regulations, maintaining MOPs documentation, and troubleshooting technical issues related to tooling, Inbound models, and/or reporting.
