Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or CX Operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS company. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and CRM systems like Salesforce is required, along with working knowledge of Sales and Marketing systems including Big Marker, Splash, Contentful, LeanData, Clearbit, Outreach, and Hightouch. A proven track record of using analytics to improve sales and marketing effectiveness is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Superstar will lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, manage technical infrastructure and data flows between systems, assess new requirements and translate them into process updates, create and manage list import processes, develop training materials, ensure Sales Handoff standardization, monitor and manage lead flow processes, investigate data anomalies, develop documentation, assess workflows for improvement, lead change management initiatives, train team members on updated processes, and drive alignment across organizational boundaries.
