Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations, along with a strong understanding of marketing automation (Marketo), lead flow processes, and campaign execution. They should also demonstrate a proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and intake processes, and possess hands-on experience with campaign execution and operational tasks.
As the Marketing Operations Program Manager, you will own the intake and coordination of all MarOps requests across campaigns, programs, and tech stack initiatives, ensuring work is prioritized, tracked, and executed smoothly. You will track project timelines, surface blockers, maintain visibility for stakeholders, and step in to execute campaign tasks such as emails, LPs, UTMs, and lists. Additionally, you will monitor operational campaign readiness, maintain process documentation, identify process improvements, assist in resource planning, and support key operational tasks like UTM governance and data hygiene, while also reporting on campaign operations performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
