The Marketing Operations Manager will manage and optimize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. They will lead the execution of both digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery. The role involves tracking, measuring, and analyzing key campaign performance metrics, customer engagement, and pipeline contributions to provide actionable insights. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation, enrichment, and nurturing strategies, while identifying and implementing improvements to enhance operational workflow and marketing effectiveness. They will also create and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards to inform stakeholders of campaign performance and strategic impact, and work closely with product, sales, and finance teams to align on campaign objectives and go-to-market strategies.
