Responsibilities

As the Marketing Operations Lead (Campaign Operations), the individual will be responsible for executing scalable marketing campaigns from planning to launch, ensuring timely delivery and flawless execution across channels. They will enforce tracking and governance within Salesforce, develop and enforce robust quality assurance standards, build and optimize nurture programs, oversee event technical operations, manage list management, develop training materials, and optimize the ticketing workflow to streamline campaign launch cycles. Additionally, they will monitor and report on campaign performance and impact, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and RevOps to drive efficient go-to-market execution and ensure a seamless experience for stakeholders.
