Candidates should have 3-5+ years of Marketing Operations experience, managing user journeys, data pipelines, and tech stack optimizations, a deep understanding of marketing automation tools (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce), familiarity with tools like LeanData, Chilipiper, Clay, and Outreach, and enjoy managing complex end-to-end processes and building operationally efficient processes from scratch.
As Headway’s Marketing Operations Lead (Platform Operations), you will own, manage, and optimize marketing tech stack integrations, enabling clean handoff of data across platforms, lead with RevOps to streamline and optimize end-to-end lead flow processes, build, implement, and refine lead scoring models, manage lifecycle stages and drive improvements in funnel conversion and pipeline efficiency, maintain a high-quality database through enrichment tools, hygiene practices, and regular audits, and dig into data for storytelling, justifying investment and prioritization of initiatives.
