The Marketing Operations Associate will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing campaigns, tools, and processes to optimize marketing efficiency and effectiveness, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve and execute the company’s marketing strategy, managing marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, developing and executing email marketing campaigns, coordinating testing and reporting, assisting in enhancing campaign processes, and becoming a champion for high-performing member communication by forming imaginative ideas on engaging channels and messaging.
