Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will lead marketing activities in Korea to drive traffic growth and improve conversion across Korean marketplaces like Coupang and Naver. They will implement a data-driven approach to accelerate marketplace sales growth through effective on-platform marketing, including paid search, display ads, platform deals, retargeting, and merchandising. This role involves collaborating with partners and internal teams to set digital advertising project goals and develop plans, researching and testing keywords, bidding strategies, and ad copy, and performing market research to build tailored full-funnel strategies. The manager will oversee brand relationships from a digital advertising perspective, lead all digital advertising performance presentations, and manage the creation of localized content, assets, and tools. They will also liaise with internal team members, advertising agencies, vendors, and other departments as needed.
