Requirements

Six or more years of B2B marketing experience in Japan, preferably within software, SaaS, or subscription models, with a track record in integrated marketing programs and localizing global initiatives. You should have experience owning pipeline or revenue targets and a strong, data-driven analytical mindset. Proficiency with dashboards or CRM tools such as Tableau and Salesforce is required, and you should demonstrate excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy clearly and build trust across teams. Enterprise and commercial market experience is desirable, and English communication ability (reading, writing, and speaking) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing plan and budget for the Japanese market, driving multi-channel campaigns, events, and partnerships to expand the pipeline. Conceptualize and execute JP-specific marketing campaigns, and identify and localize global marketing initiatives for Japan. Select regional events to sponsor or host and co-host, and provide recommendations on JP content marketing and digital advertising. Collaborate with Japan-based sales, alliances, and customer success teams to achieve awareness, lead generation, deal acceleration, and customer retention and expansion. Own the performance metrics of the Japanese marketing funnel and lead efforts to improve results.
