Position Overview

SuperDial is an early-stage AI startup revolutionizing healthcare revenue cycle management. We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Associate (Contractor) to help drive brand visibility, support high-impact events, and execute marketing campaigns across channels. You’ll work closely with the Growth Lead to coordinate field marketing initiatives, build outbound workflows, and manage our digital presence. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to build in public alongside a sharp, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

Events & Field Marketing

  • Own end-to-end logistics for conferences, dinners, happy hours, and other in-person events.
  • Manage timelines, swag, booth materials, signage, travel, and vendor coordination.
  • Partner with sales to support pre-event prep and post-event follow-up.

Email Marketing

  • Create and manage nurture sequences, newsletters, and other outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Grow and maintain our email subscriber base.
  • Monitor performance and iterate on messaging and targeting.

Social Marketing

  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts for the SuperDial brand and executive team.
  • Repurpose internal content (blog posts, events, media) and engage with relevant third-party posts.
  • Track engagement and optimize copy and cadence.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing or go-to-market roles (healthtech SaaS a big plus).
  • Proven field marketing or event coordination experience.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to streamline execution.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn.
  • NYC-based preferred.
