Role Summary

As the Growth Manager, Field & Virtual Events, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and virtual events globally. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving engagement through events—both virtual and physical—have a strong understanding of marketing funnels, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Event Planning & Execution:
    • Coordinate logistics for both in-person and virtual events (e.g., webinars), ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences, from setup to follow-up.
    • Track timelines, deliverables, and communicate updates to stakeholders for smooth operations.
    • Monitor event performance metrics to evaluate and improve future events.
  • Content & Communication Support:
    • Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging event materials (e.g., presentations, invitations, emails, advertisements, and promotions).
    • Draft & send email campaigns, social media content, and other communications to drive event attendance.
    • Ensure all content aligns with event goals and resonates with target audiences.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Maintain open communication with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align event objectives.
    • Assist in managing vendor relationships and negotiations to ensure quality event services.
    • Support post-event follow-up strategies to capitalize on engagement opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & Data Management:
    • Track leads generated from events and support lead-nurturing strategy development.
    • Ensure accurate CRM data entry for post-event analysis and tracking.
    • Assist with reporting on success metrics to assess ROI and engagement impact.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or related roles, preferably in B2B/SaaS.
