Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in data analysis with a strong focus on marketing and direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments, proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift, strong analytical and statistical skills including experience with attribution modeling and cohort analysis, and skilled use of data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau. They should also have experience with ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) and customer data platforms (e.g., Segment, Amperity), along with excellent communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences and a detail-oriented, self-driven approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
The Senior Marketing Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from marketing, eCommerce, CRM, and CDP platforms to integrate cross-channel data within cloud data warehouses and build dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize key metrics. They will develop attribution models to measure marketing effectiveness, conduct statistical and behavioral analysis to identify trends, partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and align insights with business goals, ensure data quality, and stay current on analytics tools and data privacy standards.
